An email confirmation will be sent to you after you place your order. We will work very hard to keep our website updated with the availability of our products. However, there may be an occasion when a listed item is out of stock. Sorry, but we do not backorder out of stock items at this time.

PAYMENT METHODS: We offer a secure online shopping cart, accepting MasterCard,Visa and Discover through PayPal.
SALES TAX: IL. Residents will be charged 7.5% sales tax.
SHIPPING: We charge $15.00 for shipping and insurance on all orders up to 50LB's. Most orders will ship within (3-5) business days. Please note, this does not include weekends or holidays. Orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service – Priority Mail. Please allow (7-14) days for packages to arrive after it has been shipped. All items are packed with care and are shipped insured. If your package arrives in unacceptable condition, do not accept it from the carrier. Please contact us if you find something wrong with your items after you open it. Ms. Becky’s is not liable for merchandise damaged or misdirected in transit.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES: Please let us know if you are not happy with your order within 5 days and we will try and work something out. You must be able to return it in its original condition within 10 days for a full refund less shipping cost and sales tax if applicable. Shipping charges and sales tax are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser unless the order was processed incorrectly by Ms. Becky’s. Be sure to include your invoice along with the reason for the return or exchange. If you are requesting a refund, credit will be issued to your credit card upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
